Vicki Nicholson

With degrees in Accounting and Criminology, Vicki is the perfect Administrative Assistant for Crossgates UMC. Her years as an IRS Revenue Agent and a Juvenile Probation Officer were great training for work with a church staff. Vicki brings a great sense of awareness to the ups-and-downs of people’s lives and offers a spirit of grace in response. She conscientiously works to help the staff keep a vigil of responsibility in its use of tithes and offerings for ministries of the church.
 
Vicki and her spouse, Charlie, have a daughter, Sara, and a son, Hunter. Charlie works with an international company producing chemicals used in the pulp and paper industry. Sara and her husband, Pat Fries, are currently living in Hattiesburg and working at the University of Mississippi. Hunter is an undergraduate student at the University of Mississippi. Her favorite hobby is tennis and she is also an avid supporter of the Scouting program having served as a Girl Scout leader for 10 years and a Cub Scout Leader for five years. Both of her children have earned the highest award in Scouting:  Girl Scout Gold Award and Eagle Award.
Vicki is the face of hospitality around Crossgates UMC.
